Street Photography from Melbourne, Australia
I've been taking terrible street shots on and off since around 2014. I started this site in a attempt to better understand the process of photography and write about it at the same time. While I’m obsessed with gear like pretty much all photography nerds, I’m also obsessed with good photographs that make us feel something. I hoping that through this site my photography will develop into something that makes you feel something (other than complete disappointment, of course).

I was lucky enough to join in the crowd as Melbourne lead the charge on the Global Strike 4 Climate protest on Friday that saw over 100,000 protesters take the the streets to raise awareness for Climate Change.
thought it would be a good idea to shoot some street at night, which I'm terrible at so I figured why not challenge myself. Also, it was White Night here in Melbourne, so met up with Andrew and we attended some of White Night's various locations, which was lovely.

To combat the boredom of spending time with a screaming toddler and to avoid rethinking my life decisions I picked up this camera and have been shooting it solidly since purchasing it.
Now in its 7th year, SITHOM is a street photography and photojournalism exhibition that celebrates the decisive, and often indecisive, but always graceful moments within our gritty, yet beautiful city of Melbourne.
Took my beloved Ricoh GR to the beach, but I didn't want to get it wet. To avoid unwanted moisture I brought with me my super limited, super secretive, limited run water housing...
